St. Peter the Apostle School Conducts Earthquake Mock Drill

To strengthen preparedness among the Peterian community, St. Peter the Apostle School conducted an emergency earthquake mock drill last October 16, 2025.

The activity aimed to remind everyone in the school community of the importance of readiness, presence of mind, and proper execution of safety procedures during emergencies. Prior to the drill, Mr. Cris Robinson Lat, the school’s Physical Plant Coordinator and Safety Officer, reviewed evacuation routes and guidelines, and reminded everyone of their assigned roles to ensure smooth coordination throughout the exercise.

During the drill, the entire school community safely evacuated and assembled at the designated open area — with all departments showing cooperation, discipline, and readiness.

Through activities like this, St. Peter the Apostle School reaffirms its commitment to promoting safety awareness and preparedness, ensuring that both students and personnel are equipped with the right knowledge and presence of mind in times of disaster.
