Hope in God’s Mercy

Heeding the call of Pope Francis to put the Sacrament of Reconciliation back at the center of the pastoral life of the Church and of different communities, RCAMES Cluster 2 schools - Holy Family Parochial School, St. Anthony School, and St. Peter the Apostle School - focused their employees’ Lenten recollection on the significance of the sacrament.

The Spiritual activity commenced with a concise catechism on the Sacrament of Reconciliation, known also as the sacrament of penance. It was made more meaningful with the Holy Hour in which all had a reflective moment with the Lord as they did the examination of conscience.

It was indeed an opportune time to have deeply experienced the grace of God’s forgiveness and mercy that gives rise to the hope of personal conversion and reconciliation with God.
