Welcome to St. Peter the Apostle School!
Pilgrims of Hope: Bearers of Truth in a Troubled World
Dear Peterians:
Praise be Jesus Christ!
As we come to the end of another school year, let us take a moment to pause, reflect, and give thanks. Gratitude is the memory of the heart, and today, we remember with deep appreciation all those who have journeyed with us in our growth—spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically.
First and foremost, we thank God, the source of all wisdom and strength, who has been with us in every success and struggle. It is He who lights our path and calls us to walk as pilgrims of hope, bringing His love and goodness into the world.
We also express our heartfelt gratitude to your parents and designated guardians, whose love, sacrifices, and guidance have shaped you into the individuals you are today. Their unwavering support is a gift that must never be taken for granted. May you always honor them with your respect, obedience, and gratitude.
To your teachers and mentors, we owe deep appreciation for their patience, dedication, and passion in molding you not just as learners but as persons of character and faith. They have nurtured your mind and heart, challenging you to think, to grow, and to dream.
Let us not forget the maintenance personnel and school staff, whose tireless efforts ensure that you have a safe, clean, and conducive space to learn. Their humble service teaches us that every role, no matter how unseen, is important in building a community of care and well-being.
As we close this school year, we also step deeper into the Jubilee Year: Pilgrims of Hope. This is a call for each of you to become bearers of hope in a troubled world—a world often filled with fear, division, and confusion. In this digital age, where truth is often distorted, I urge you: be bearers of the truth, not fake news. Use wise critical thinking. Use your voice and influence to spread kindness, honesty, and hope. Choose to uplift rather than tear down, to unite rather than divide.
The end of the school year is a time to celebrate both victories and setbacks, for both are teachers in life. Your achievements remind you of your strengths, while your struggles refine your character. Do not be discouraged by failures—they are stepping stones to growth. Every challenge you overcome, every lesson you learn, brings you closer to becoming the person God created you to be.
As you enter the summer break, remember: growth does not stop here. Continue to seek wisdom, to serve others with courage, and to nurture your faith. Be the light in your families, among your friends, and in your communities. Let hope shine through you.
May God bless you always! Keep walking as pilgrims of hope.
With gratitude from our hearts…Maraming Salamat po sa lahat!
