Confirmed and Ready: A Peterian's Spiritual Journey

A crucial part of the Christian initiation process and completing the grace of Baptism, the Grade 8 students of St. Peter the Apostle School received the Sacrament of Confirmation last February 8, 2025.

The Sacrament of Confirmation is one of the sacraments that every Catholic is called to receive to aid them in their spiritual journey. The students of St. Peter the Apostle School were confirmed and received the gifts of the Holy Spirit to make them ready for the different daily challenges in becoming Christ-like in prayer, thought, and action.

Prior to the confirmation, the Center for Christian Formation catechized the students, parents, and godparents to fully prepare everyone involved in the spiritual development of the students as it takes the Church to raise a Catholic child.

The rites of confirmation was presided over by Rev. Msgr. Noly A. Que, LRMS, PhD, and was concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Emilio A. Ascaño, LRMS, PhD. As the Confirmation ended, the Grade 8 students of St. Peter the Apostle School are empowered as the light of the word through the Holy Spirit.
