SPAS Conducts its Annual Planning for S.Y. 2023–2024

St. Peter the Apostle School (SPAS) recently conducted its Annual Planning for the School Year 2023– 2024 on May 30, 2023 at the SPAS Hall of Hope. The planning session was led by the School Director, Rev. Fr. Emilio A. Ascaño, LRMS, and was attended by all administrators, members of the faculty, and non-teaching personnel. Our partners in education, representatives from SPAS Parents’ Auxiliary and SPAS Alumni Association, were also present.

During the planning, Fr. Emil discussed the current state of education in the Philippines and the future that awaits it. It was followed by the discussion on RCAMES Road Map for Curriculum and Instruction and SPAS Existing Infrastructures and Systems by the incoming School Principal, Mr. Louie Francis G. Uy. SPAS Operations Standards were discussed by Mrs. Leila M. Baltazar, incoming Human Resource Officer. Mrs. Cleofe D. Tayag, incoming Assistant to the Principal on Research and Accreditation, discussed the 4 OECD Scenarios for the Future of Schooling.

Afterward, all the attendees were tasked to propose resolutions for the current state of Philippine education and to come up with an action plan that aligns with the school’s vision and mission.

The day ended fruitfully as everyone was able to present their outputs intelligently and enthusiastically. With this, the school expects the learners to have a better learning experience next school year.
