Science Olympics 2023

St. Peter the Apostle School was finally able to conduct activities for its 47th Foundation Week Celebration last February 15-20, for the academic year 2022-2023.

With the year’s theme, “Honoring the Past, Celebrating the Present, Envisioning the Future" the 21st century learners realized that learning science does not only happen inside the classrooms but it comes from experience and gaining knowledge in our everyday activities. With that in mind, Science Olympics, a series of exhibits/booths of science games, was organized by the junior high school students to be played and participated by the SPAS community.

These activities were done to present scientific concepts through simple experiments, manipulative activities and games which the SPAS community believes is one of the powerful tools in raising the level of awareness and interest of the learners on how important and relevant science is to the future and development of our society.

Listed below are the booths/exhibits prepared by grade 7-10 students:

GRADE 7

Physics: Carnival Games

GRADE 8

Biology: Cellurome
