Welcome to St. Peter the Apostle School!
Last July 28–August 1, 2025, St. Peter the Apostle School held its Nutrition Month celebration with a vibrant and flavorful event, where Peterians enjoyed a variety of activities. In keeping with its commitment to promoting nutrition and wellness for a healthier mind, body, and spirit, the school organized engaging events across all grade levels.
Students from Grades 1–3 were encouraged to eat healthy food during their break and lunchtime, fostering mindful eating habits at an early age. They also had a coloring activity promoting a healthy diet. Meanwhile, students from Grades 4–10 showcased their culinary talents in the TLE Laboratory in partnership with their supportive parents/guardians. The event featured an array of local and international cuisines, where students prepared and presented their dishes with skill and creativity.
To further promote wellness, senior high school students led the morning Zumba dance, energizing the community and emphasizing the importance of physical activity. This movement not only highlighted students’ cooking abilities but also reinforced the value of healthy living among the youth.
Additionally, as part of its mission to serve the community, the school, in partnership with the Center of Christian Formation (CCF), extended the celebration with a heartwarming outreach activity. A portion of the meals prepared during the event was thoughtfully packed and shared to less fortunate individuals around Paco, Manila. This initiative served not only to nourish the body but also to reflect the school’s core values of wisdom (智), benevolence (仁), courage (勇), and faith (信) in action.
St. Peter the Apostle School continues its unwavering commitment to nurturing students’ practical skills, particularly in the field of culinary arts. By integrating activities like these into their formation, the school ensures that learners grow into capable and compassionate individuals, equipped with knowledge that extends beyond the classroom and into real-world applications.
2025年7月28日至8月1日,天主教培德中學隆重舉行2025年營養月慶祝活動。活動內容豐富多元,旨在深化學生對健康飲食與積極生活方式的認識,並實踐學校在培養學生身心靈整體發展方面的教育使命。
一至三年級的學生於課間與午餐時間被鼓勵選擇健康食物,並透過主題著色活動,培養正確的飲食觀念與健康意識。四至十年級的學生則在家長或監護人的協助下,於烹飪課室進行料理展示,親手製作本地及異國風味食品,體現創意與實作能力。
高中部學生每日清晨帶領“尊巴運動操”(Zumba),為校園注入活力,同時強調規律運動對健康生活的重要性。透過這一系列活動,學生不僅展現技能與合作精神,更強化了健康生活方式的內在認同。
為落實關愛社會的宗旨,學校宗教部舉辦外展活動,將部分學生親製的餐點打包分送予馬尼拉百閣地區生活困難群體,以具體行動實踐「智、仁、勇、信」之校訓精神。
天主教培德中學將持續推動實作與德育並重的教育方針,特別重視學生於生活技能、社會責任與價值觀培養上的整體成長,務使其成為具有知識、能力與關懷精神的青年,邁向成熟的公民之路。
