Kindergarten Pupils and Parents Get a Warm Welcome to SPAS Elementary Department

In line with the theme "Growing Together: Nurturing Hearts and Minds of Young Peterians," St. Peter the Apostle School (SPAS) recently hosted a heartwarming event to welcome kindergarten pupils and their parents/guardians last January 24, 2025. The activity, designed to ease the transition to Grade 1, fostered a supportive environment while highlighting the opportunities awaiting young learners on their holistic development journey at SPAS.

The kindergarten pupils were given a sneak peek into the exciting world of Grade 1 as various subject areas showcased their unique approaches to teaching. English came alive with an engaging discussion, creating a joyful atmosphere while introducing foundational concepts. Meanwhile, Science and Math demonstrated the transformative power of technology through the use of the SCUOLA Interactive TV, which captivated the young learners with its dynamic and immersive features.

Adding to the excitement, a vibrant intermission number led by Grade 1 students and their Chinese teacher brought smiles all around. The spirited dance performance was bursting with enthusiasm, leaving a lasting impression on the kindergarten pupils and inspiring them to look forward to joining the SPAS "big school" community.
