SPAS Science Month Celebration 

March 21-25, 2022 marked the one-week Science celebration of St. Peter the Apostle School in observance of the Science Month Celebration which envisions 21st century learners with full understanding on the significant role of science and technology. The week-long celebration of the school is anchored on its theme, “Agham, Pananaliksik, at Teknolohiya: Kabalikat sa Matatag at Maunlad na Pamayanan”.

The activities given to the students highlighted the role of Science and Research in addressing present global challenges and issues, and its various functions for our society such as improving knowledge and education and enhancing the quality of life.

With this in mind, Peterians from the elementary department showcased their scientific literacy by participating in Science Quiz Bee, Science Jeopardy, 3Rs vlog, and mini research. They also created digital posters, wrote newsletters, and made brochures.

Meanwhile, the high school students prepared activities like SciPhoto, Sci-Quiz Bee, Science virtual exhibit, infomercial, and video presentation which displayed their innovation and creativity amidst global crisis through this virtual celebration.

Summing it up, all activities conducted served as a venue for sharing and acquiring knowledge and promoting engagement and collaboration among students, teachers, and the whole SPAS community.
