St. Peter the Apostle School (SPAS) Grades 3 and 4 First Holy Communion

“The more Eucharist we receive, the more we will become like Jesus, so that on earth we will have a foretaste of heaven.” - Blessed Carlo Acutis, the Millennial Saint

After two years of not being able to hold the First Communion, SPAS was able to organize an opportunity last March 31, 2022 for the pupils of Grades 3 and 4 to receive the Body and Blood of Christ for the first time. Thanks to the efforts of St. Peter the Apostle School Parents’ Auxiliary (SPASPA), the Center for Christian Formation (CCF) was able to gather the number of pupils whose parents wanted them to receive their First Holy Communion. At 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., two separate liturgical celebrations for Grades 3 and 4 pupils respectively, were held in order to ensure social distancing among the pupils and their parents.
