Admission is a very important task of every school. It means granting an applicant admission to the school, with the definite understanding that the pupil/ student and his/her parents/guardians agree in writing to comply with the scholastic standards of the school, its rules and regulations and Christian education.



  1. General Requirements for Admission – new student applicants, transferees and former pupils/students of SPAS may be admitted on the basis of the following criteria:
    1. Satisfactory performance in the Entrance Examination
    2. Satisfactory interview of the pupils/students and their parents / guardian by the Principal   
    3. Submission of all the required documents


  1. Age requirement for entrance:
  1. Toddler                      -           2 years old by June
  2. Nursery 1                   -           3 years old by June
  3. Nursery 2                   -           4 years old by June
  4. Kindergarten             -           5 years old by June
  5. Grade 1                      -           6 years old by June


  1. Other Requirements
  1. Newcomers and former pupils/students of SPAS:
  • Birth Certificate- original and photocopy (NSO copy)
  • Baptismal Certificate- original and photocopy
  • Photocopy of report card (3rd Qtr.)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Accomplished recommendation letter from the Principal/ Guidance Counselor
  • 2x2 pictures (2 pcs.)
  1. Foreign Pupils/Students
  • I-Card
  • Study Permit
  • Birth Certificate - original and photocopy     
  • Baptismal Certificate - original and photocopy
  • Report Card
  • 2x2 pictures (2 pcs.)



  1. Guidance Office - secure and accomplish application form
  2. Accounting Office - pay Testing Fee of Php700.00 (non-refundable)
  3. Guidance Center
  4. Submit official receipt to the Guidance Office
  5. Schedule the date of exams
  6. Office of the Principal - interview of the applicant and parent / guardian. Official results will be announced by the Office of the Principal.
  7. Registrar’s Office – submit all requirements / documents.
  8. Prefect of Students – accomplish and sign Academic and Discipline Probationary Form (student with parents).
  9. Accounting Office
  10. Pay reservation fee of Php 2,000.00 (deductible from the tuition fee)
  11. Secure schedule of fees
